1. The rates shown in the reservation
menu include service charges and additional
taxes.

ferries various charges and feels are

2. Please check carefully before reservation
as there are tour programs that are sold
only in specific

3. We offer tour programs of various other
tour operators other than our own programs,
and the names

operators are stated in the tour description
section.
4. The rates shown in the event page and
the rates of promotion products are based
on the lowest price
4. of the
selected tour today.
5. For tour programs including flight,
ferry and hotel, changes in the program
may occur due to reasons
5. of the
hotel and airlines.
6. Please check the departure area and
destination of the tour carefully.
7. You can check the various service details
included in the tour program –lunch,
pick-up service,
7. and accommodations-under
the ‘condition’ section.
6. The ‘GonSee rating’ is
based on our evaluation of the planning,
service and activity of the tour.
Reservation
1. The reservation made through our
reservation process is not confirmed.
1. The order
number given to you here is different
from reservation number.
2. Please check the confirmation e-mail
(or reply mail), which contains the confirmed
reservation
2. number
issued by the tour operator.
3. If the tour you have chosen is not
available due to various reasons, we will
suggest you a similar tour
3. program
that will match your needs, along with
a swift report on the unsuccessful reservation.
4. On the starting day of the tour, please
take the reservation number or the voucher
printed out with you.
Payment

2. If you are paying with a credit card,
the payment is completed when your reservation
request is

3. If you are using internet banking,
you have to bear the fees related to transfer
process.
4. If you are paying with a credit card
issued by a Korean bank, the payment is
done with a separate

system requested by the bank.
5. If you are paying with a credit card
issued abroad, we need to have your cardholder
verification code
5. (VISA
3digit, Master 4digit) and the expiry
date of your credit card.
6. If the name of the cardholder and the
traveler is different payment is not possible.
6. In this
case please download the needed documents
and send it back through fax (82-2-732-7708),
6. with a
photocopy of the front side of the card,
and the passport of the traveler.
Cancellation and Changes
1. Cancellation request before 3 business
days of the starting date of your tour,
a cancellation fee of
1. 20% of
the tour price is charged.
2. Cancellation on the starting date or
if you do not show up, a cancellation
fee of 100% of the tour is
2. charged.
3. When you cancel a tour program that
includes other countries such as China
and Japan,

date: cancellation fee of 5% of traveling
