RATES
1. The rates displayed in the rail reservation
menu include taxes and fees.
2. The rates displayed in the rail reservation
menu are the same as the rates KORAIL
has announced.
3. In some cases, extra fees other than
the rates displayed in the rail reservation
menu can be charged, and details are provided
in the reservation process.
RESERVATION
1. The rail reservation system of GOnSEE
is not a real-time system, and reservations
are restricted to KORAIL only.
2. The rail reservation made through our
reservation process is not confirmed.
The order number given to you here is
different from reservation number.
3. We reply by e-mail or with other means
within 24hours of your request, informing
you whether the reservation is possible,
or providing you with helpful information
to chose another rail when your selected
rail is full.
4. If you wish to continue reservation,
please fill in the attached form (in the
e-mail we send you) and send it by fax
(82-2-732-7708) to us, with a copy of
your passport and the front side of your
credit card.
5. You may also visit our office.
6. The rails we are able to book are restricted
to rails leaving from Korea, and the ticket
delivery area is also restricted to within
Korea only.
PAYMENT
1. Payment is available by credit card,
Internet banking and also through visiting
our office.
2. For payment through credit cards we
require you to fulfill “Reservation
#4”, and based on those information
payment is confirmed. After the payment
process is finished, your documents are
safely destroyed for your safety of privacy.
3. The issued ticket can be received by
visiting our office or through door-to-door
delivery service (extra free charged),
and electronic tickets are sent to you
by e-mail, within 4 days of payment.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
1. Changes can be made before the issuing
of the ticket, but we may charge you an
extra fee, which is based on the regulations
of KORAIL.
2. Cancellations or changes can be requested
through e-mail, phone and our website. |
