Rates

1. The rates shown in the reservation menu include service charges and additional taxes.
2. You can add breakfast and extra beds in the reservation menu.
3. The rates may differ in dates and days. Please check the rates carefully when making a reservation.
4. The rates shown in the event page and the rates of promotion products are based on the lowest
4. rate of the selected hotel today.
5. The terms describing each room types of hotels are using the terms of each hotel.
6. The ‘GOnSEE rating’ is based on our evaluation of the hotel’s facility, service and location.

Reservation

1. The reservation made through our reservation process is not confirmed.
1. The order number given to you here is different from reservation number.
2. Please check the confirmation e-mail (or reply mail), which contains the confirmed reservation
2. number issued by the hotel.
3. If the hotel you have chosen is not available due to various reasons, we will suggest you a similar
3. hotel that will match your needs, along with a swift report on the unsuccessful reservation..
4. When check-in, please take the reservation number or the voucher printed out with you.

payment
1. If you are paying with a credit card, the payment is completed when your reservation request is
1. completed.
2. If you are using internet banking, you have to bear the fees related to transfer process.
3. If you are paying with a credit card issued by a Korean bank, the payment is done with a separate
3. paying system requested by the bank.
4. If you are paying with a credit card issued abroad, we need to have your cardholder verification code
4. (VISA 3digit, Master 4digit) and the expiry date of your credit card.
5. If the name of the cardholder and the traveler is different, payment is not possible.
5. In this case please download the needed documents and send it back through fax (82-2-732-7708),
5. with a photocopy of the front side of the card, and the passport of the traveler.

Cancellation and Changes

1. Cancellation is possible without any cancellation charges before 3days of your check-in date.
1. (check in date is based on Korean time)
2. Cancellation request before 2 days of your check-in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of one night stay
2. at the hotel is charged.
3. Cancellation request before 2 days of your check-in date, a cancellation fee of 30% of one night stay
3. at the hotel is charged.
4. Cancellation on the day appointed or if you do not show up, a cancellation fee of 100% of one night
4. stay at the hotel is charged.
5. Payment through credit card is cancelled after the payment of cancellation fee is completed and
5. confirmed by us. If you have used Internet banking, refund will be transferred to your account you have
5. given us, and you are responsible for the various fees related to transfer process.
7. The days stated above are based on our business day, which does not include weekends
5. (Saturday and Sunday).
8. The cancellation and refund process is done within maximum 7 business days.
9. Reservation requests may be changed without any charges before 2 days.
5. After 2 days changes on your reservation request is not possible.
10. Cancellations and changes can be made in ‘my account’ page, and also through e-mail, telephone,
10. and fax stated in the ‘customer support’ page.
